Basketball Training
Although nutrition is my main focus, basketball has and always will be a passion of mine. If you’re looking to sharpen individual skills with 1-on-1 training, need a tune-up for a local 3v3, or you want to improve “feel” for the game in a traditional 5-on-5 setting I offer my expertise for young basketball players of all ability levels. Ball-handling, form and live shooting, 1-on-1 moves, getting open off the ball…just let me know where you want to get better and we’ll go from there!
